Welcome to PILATO!
– We make “Pinsa”, a Roman version of the italian “Pizza”: it’s square, it contains small amounts of Rice and Soy flour, and it’s very tasty! 🙂 Cover charge is 1,5 Euros per person.
– With 2 Euros more, you can ask for the “GLUTEN FREE” DOUGH (if you are not Gluten intolerant, we suggest the regular dough) or the “WHOLEMEAL (INTEGRALE)” DOUGH
